Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly and reliable Retail Supervisor to support the daily running of our store. You will help lead the team, provide excellent customer service, and ensure the store is clean, organized, and welcoming.

Responsibilities
Support the daily operation of the store.
Help supervise and motivate the retail team.
Deliver excellent customer service.
Assist customers with questions and purchases.
Support cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
Keep shelves stocked and the store well presented.
Help train new team members.
Follow company policies and health & safety procedures.
Requirements
Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Basic English communication skills.
Flexible to work weekdays and weekends.
