This role will be key in transforming data into actionable insights while acting as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders. Data Engineer
Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain data pipelines within a Databricks environment
Work with structured and unstructured data
Analyze data and generate insights to support decision-making
Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders
Translate business needs into data solutions
Develop dashboards and reports
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Skills
Degree in Computer Science or in similar areas.
Experience in Data Engineering and/or Data Analytics
Knowledge of SQL, Python, and other data processing tools to work within Databricks
Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and business-oriented thinking
Ability to gather and document requirements (Business Analyst component)
Understanding of business processes
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience translating business needs into practical solutions
Fluent in English - written and spoken (mandatory).
