We are looking for a Product Manager to join a strategic team focused on Logistics & Supply Chain products, supporting warehouse operations, transportation, and supply chain processes within a large-scale digital environment.
- Manage and evolve one or more products within the Logistics & Supply Chain domain, especially related to Warehousing and Transportation;
- Collaborate closely with Business Owners to understand business challenges, refine requirements, and propose suitable solutions;
- Define and drive the strategic roadmap for the products, considering medium and long-term evolution;
- Continuously evaluate product evolution needs, decommissioning opportunities, or replacement strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals;
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and collaborate with internal teams, including Product Managers, Engineering, and Support teams;
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and business value through product evolution;
- Support cross-functional initiatives involving multiple products and business domains.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role;
- Previous experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehousing, Transportation, or related business domains is highly valued;
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field;
- Experience working with Agile methodologies, especially Scrum;
- Strategic mindset with focus on product evolution and business value generation;
- Ability to design transversal solutions by articulating different products to solve complex business needs;
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience in enterprise-scale digital environments;
- Familiarity with supply chain operational processes;
- Experience working with data-driven product decisions and KPIs;
- Experience collaborating with engineering and support teams in complex ecosystems.
