The Junior Strategic Project Manager will report directly to Senior Strategic Project Managers or C-Level executives and will be responsible for initiating, planning, managing, and closing strategic projects that are critical to the organization. This role will involve working closely with different departments within the organization, as well as potentially engaging with external consultants and stakeholders.
ROLE:
Work closely with department heads and the C-suite to align business efforts with the organization’s strategic objectives
Produce data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making
Analyze and resolve critical issues facing the company across departments;
Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure effective project delivery
QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellent academic performance in Business, Economics, or Engineering
Proven ability to think strategically and analytically and solve complex business problems
Leadership, high sense of responsibility, and the ability to work autonomously
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle several projects at the same time
