We are looking for a Client Account Officer
MAIN TASKS
- Open, modify, and close cash and securities accounts across local and global markets.
- Maintain and ensure the accuracy and quality of client account data within internal platforms.
- Support the setup and maintenance of specific account configurations, including foreign exchange (FX) and fee-related parameters.
- Perform controls and validations to ensure compliance with operational procedures and service standards.
- Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve account-related queries and improve service delivery.
- Contribute to the maintenance of operational files and documentation used by the team on a daily basis.
- Ensure a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling sensitive client data and account information.
YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Up to 2 years of experience in Banking Operations, Financial Services, or Back Office activities.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Basic knowledge of database management and data maintenance processes.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and collaborative environment.
- Client-oriented mindset with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Hybrid position based in Lisbon.

This role offers a gross annual salary between 15.000€ and 25.000€, defined according to the candidate’s experience and competencies.
