Role Overview
We are seeking experienced Domain and Subject Matter Experts to support advanced data, evaluation, and analytical projects requiring specialized professional knowledge. As a DAL Niche Expert Annotator, you will apply your professional knowledge to review, analyze, and evaluate complex content while ensuring high standards of quality, accuracy, and consistency. You will contribute domain-specific insights, assess outputs and reasoning, and support projects that require expert-level judgment and attention to detail.

What You'll Do
- Review and evaluate domain-specific content for accuracy, consistency, and quality
- Analyze complex information and provide expert assessments based on established principles and best practices

- Compare and rank alternative approaches, explanations, and outputs
- Document findings and provide clear rationale for evaluations

- Support projects involving analysis, research, quality evaluation, and structured reasoning

What You Bring
Required Experience
- 5+ years of professional, academic, or research experience within a specialized field
- Demonstrated expertise in one or more professional disciplines
- Experience conducting analysis, evaluations, research, or technical reviews
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written communication and documentation abilities
- Experience working with complex information and applying structured methodologies
