As a Trust and Safety Specialist, you will secure platform reliability and uphold community policies by executing the following duties:

Content Review: Audit user-submitted material—such as videos, images, written posts, and account profiles—to ensure rigorous adherence to safety standards.

Threat Mitigation: Uncover and isolate malicious, deceptive, or policy-violating activity to safeguard the digital landscape.

Case Resolution: Process and manage reported user tickets, account lockouts, and safety violations with strong attention to operational detail.

KPI Compliance: Maintain an unbiased, empathetic approach while hitting targeted team metrics for processing speed and review accuracy.

Linguistic Capability: Total fluency in Ukrainian, alongside an intermediate-to-advanced command of English (B2 level or higher) to smoothly handle internal training and corporate communication.
