A Little Taste of Your Day-to-Day
· Prepare and cook food orders for guests. This may include breakfast service, F&B outlets, room service, banquets, and the staff canteen.
· Ensure the quality of food preparation in accordance with the hotel's service standards.
· Assist with stock management and inventory counts of all equipment and products used within the department.
· Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the workplace in accordance with HACCP procedures and regulations.
· Promote teamwork and deliver excellent service through daily actions and effective collaboration with other departments.
What We Need From You
· Physical Stamina: The strength to lift, push, and pull objects up to 50lbs (23 kg) and the ability to stay active on your feet in a warm, outdoor environment.
· Experience: 2 years working in a professional kitchen;
· Technical Diploma in Culinary Arts or a higher qualification;
· The Basics: A good grasp of reading, writing, and basic maths for order accuracy.
· Must speak local language(s);
· The flexibility to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts;
