Your Responsibilities
As a customer advisor, you do more than just answer questions. You help users navigate the online payment world and make sure their money transfers go smoothly.

Expert Help: Support French-speaking customers via phone calls, emails, and live chat with payment questions, account issues, and technical troubleshooting.

Problem Solving: Look into and fix problems with transactions, billing errors, and account security while being helpful and accurate.

Security Focus: Follow strict rules for data privacy and fraud prevention to keep every transaction safe.

Customer Support: Act as the link between users and the technical team, sharing feedback to help improve the payment platform.

Efficiency: Handle several tasks at once in a fast-paced environment while staying professional and friendly.
We care most about your attitude and language skills. You do not need a background in finance or customer service to apply because we give you full training!

Language Skills: You are fluent or native in French. You also need a good middle level of English (B2 level) for team meetings and training.

Base Salary: €930 gross per month, paid 14 times per year (this includes your mandatory extra summer and Christmas payments).
