Schedule: Monday to Friday, rotating shifts between 07:00h and 18:00h (Saturdays and Sundays off)

Serving both leisure and business travelers, they offer short- and long-term vehicle rentals through a wide fleet ranging from city cars to premium vehicles, with convenient locations at major airports, train stations, and city centers.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver excellent and personalized customer service through phone, email, and messaging.
Assist customers with inquiries and support them throughout the entire car rental process.
Provide clear information regarding rental reservations and available options.
Identify customer needs and proactively promote the most suitable services and upgrades.
Handle client inquiries in a professional and timely manner to ensure high satisfaction.
What We Are Looking For
French language mastery (C2 level/Native).
English proficiency (B2 level or higher).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good computer literacy.
Ability to identify business opportunities and suggest additional services (sales skills are a big plus).
Prior experience in customer support or a contact center is preferred but not mandatory.
Team player, adaptable, and flexible in a dynamic environment.
Salary & Benefits
Base Salary: €1,000.00 per month (Paid across 14 months).
Meal Allowance: €7.63 per working day.
Work-Life Balance: Fixed weekends off (Saturday and Sunday).
Contract: 6-month contract with a strong possibility of renewal.
