We are looking for an experienced DORA Project Manager to lead the implementation of one of the most strategic regulatory initiatives in the European financial sector.
This is an outstanding opportunity for professionals with strong project management expertise, a solid understanding of IT, cybersecurity, and operational resilience, and the ability to coordinate complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders across international teams.
You will play a key role in translating regulatory requirements into practical implementation plans, ensuring project delivery, governance, communication, and compliance while collaborating with both technical and business teams.

Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of DORA implementation initiatives.
- Maintain project roadmaps, milestones, timelines, and implementation plans.
- Translate regulatory requirements into actionable technical and operational initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across technology, cybersecurity, risk, and business departments.
- Organize steering committees, workshops, governance meetings, and project follow-up sessions.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks.
- Produce executive dashboards, reports, presentations, and status updates for senior management.
- Support technical and business teams in implementing operational resilience requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for DORA-related topics and stakeholder communications.
- Develop guidance materials, documentation, FAQs, and knowledge-sharing resources.
- Drive continuous improvement throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Professional Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management.
- At least 3 years managing IT-related projects.
- Experience delivering large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Previous experience working within Banking, Financial Services, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, or Regulatory Compliance environments.
