ROLE:
Oversee daily production activities, ensuring compliance with targets, quality standards, and safety procedures within a food/supplement manufacturing environment;
Coordinate production operators to guarantee seamless and efficient workflow;
Monitor operational performance, identify constraints, and implement corrective actions when needed;
Schedule production activities and maintain accurate operational records;
Ensure prompt availability of materials required for production processes;
Report production performance, incidents, and non-conformities to the Production Manager;
Support the training and integration of new production team members.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree or technical qualification in Engineering, Industrial Management, Production, or similar field (preferred);
Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments;
Prior experience in team coordination (preferred);
Strong organisational and analytical skills;
Ability to perform in a fast-paced production environment;
Good knowledge of Excel and general digital tools;
Strong sense of responsibility, leadership, and attention to accuracy.
