Support assistance requests on Apps & Advertising Services.
Customer contacts with challenging questions/requests by:
▪ Email
▪ Chat
Convert majority of email/chat cases into outbound calls:
▪ To offer white glove support regarding our services
Having to:
▪ Work with multiple tools
▪ Multitask
Provide support to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) across multiple channels – chat (live channel), email and phone (Outbound calls are mandatory for emails and highly
recommended for chat, to ensure the query has been solved in a timely manner);
Provide pre- and post-sales support for all self-service products;
Provide product and tool support to improve clients’ experience;
dentify trends and solve problems facing multiple SMB clients.
Requirements:
Speak Polish or Turkish or Arabic or Ukranian or Russian at C1/C2 level;
Speak English B2/C1 level;
Ability to work independently and/or in a team;
Problem solving-skills;
Good communications skills (both verbal and written);
Positive attitude;
Ambitious.
Note: Portuguese Residence card, or EU passport is required for NON-EU candidates.
