We are currently looking for a **versatile and reliable team member** to join our team full-time, combining **housekeeping, basic cooking assistance, and night auditor responsibilities**.
### Your Role
You are a versatile member of the team, helping maintain the cleanliness of our hostel and preparing our famous daily breakfast with basic cooking skills for a couple of days a week, and also ensuring a calm and professional night shift for a couple of night per week.
### Responsibilities
* Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the hostel
* Cleaning and preparing common areas
* Supporting daily housekeeping operations
* Baking pancakes for our poorly guest and kitchen preparation
* Welcoming and assisting guests during night shifts
* Managing late check-ins and basic night reception tasks
* Handling night-time administrative procedures
* Ensuring the hostel remains safe, clean, organized.
* Following the hostel's procedures, standards, and daily routines
* Working closely with the team to maintain a smooth operation and positive atmosphere
### Requirements
* Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is strongly preferred
* Basic cooking skills or kitchen experience
* Comfortable working independently during night shifts
* Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented
* Dynamic and adaptable, with a willingness to help wherever needed
* Good communication skills
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong plus
* Living in Faro or the Faro area
* Comfortable working as part of an international team
* Professional, mature, and positive attitude
