We are hiring a Italian-Speaking Customer Support Specialist to assist customers in Italian and English , handling both back-office tasks and inbound/outbound calls across the full online order journey. The role involves managing sensitive customer data in compliance with PCI and GDPR policies. You will work closely with customers, couriers, financial institutions, and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with customers, carriers/couriers, financial institutions, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Deliver high-quality customer service while continuously working to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve complex issues, escalating cases when necessary using internal tools and the Knowledge Base.
- Collaborate closely with team members to achieve shared goals and maintain a strong team-oriented environment.
Mandatory Profile:
- Italian language at a native level
- English language at a C1 level
- Strong communication and empathy

- Comfortable with phone and email support

- Base salary: €768 gross/month

- Work remotely from home.
