We are looking for a mid/senior Scrum Master to act as a facilitator and guardian of agile principles within our teams. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in agile environments, the ability to remove impediments, promote continuous improvement, and support multidisciplinary teams in delivering high‑value products.
Ensure the team understands and applies Scrum principles and other agile practices.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily, Planning, Refinement, Review, and Retrospective).
Work closely with Product Owners on backlog management and prioritization.
Remove impediments that impact team productivity.
Promote a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Monitor performance metrics (Velocity, Burndown, predictability, lead time, among others) and support the team in analyzing and optimizing workflow.
Support the team in developing advanced agile practices (Kanban, XP, Lean, DevOps mindset).
Advocate for agility with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with product and organizational goals.
Facilitate alignment sessions, workshops, and team‑building activities.
Act as a mentor for less mature teams using agile methodologies.
