As a Restaurant Server, you will be the ambassador of our establishment, ensuring attentive and professional service to our guests. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming and warm atmosphere while ensuring a memorable dining experience for our patrons.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables courteously.
- Provide menu information, answer questions, and advise guests on food and beverage choices.
- Take orders from guests accurately and efficiently, noting any special requests and food allergies.
- Serve dishes and beverages with elegance and professionalism, ensuring neat presentation.
- Follow up on guests' needs throughout the meal, anticipating their requirements and providing attentive service.
- Organize reservations and allocate tables fairly and efficiently.
- Ensure all tables are promptly set up and cleared to accommodate new guests.
- Work closely and communicate effectively with the team members to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Process payments and complete financial transactions accurately and securely.
- Follow food safety protocols and hygiene regulations at all times.
Be a caring member of Léon:
- Ensure that facilities and equipment are maintained in good working order.
- Participate in cleaning and maintaining workspaces for employees, ensuring cleanliness standards are met.
- Ensure regular maintenance of guest areas, ensuring they are clean, well maintained and stocked with necessary supplies.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the restaurant industry.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high-quality service.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to positively interact with a variety of guests.
- Professional, friendly, and proactive attitude.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
