We are looking for a motivated SAP IAM Security Junior Consultant to join an international project in the Automotive Tech sector. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who are passionate about Identity & Access Management (IAM), eager to grow in SAP Security, and interested in working within a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Support the IAM & Authorization team in maintaining and improving user roles and access management processes.

Gather and document access requirements from business stakeholders in a structured and audit-friendly way.

Assist with Joiner / Mover / Leaver (JML) access management activities following established approval workflows.

Contribute to access reviews and recertifications, ensuring proper evidence tracking and follow-up actions.

Help maintain security documentation and support compliance with internal security policies.

Identify and escalate potential Segregation of Duties (SoD) conflicts, access risks, and unusual authorization patterns.

Collaborate with senior consultants on remediation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Minimum 1 year of experience in SAP IAM Security, Access Management, or related roles.

Understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts and Segregation of Duties (SoD).

Familiarity with access request lifecycle processes (request, approval, provisioning, deprovisioning).

Ability to create clear documentation for audits and compliance purposes.

Knowledge of access reviews, recertification processes, and compliance practices.

Interest in learning business processes and translating them into authorization requirements.

Team-oriented mindset with strong attention to standards and governance.

Basic knowledge of IAM concepts, including users, roles, groups, permissions, and RBAC.

Experience with ticketing systems, service desk tools, or IAM provisioning platforms.

Good command of Excel and Microsoft Office tools for reporting and evidence tracking.

Nice to have: exposure to SAP Authorization concepts.

Basic understanding of ITIL processes (incident, request, and change management).

Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban is a plus.

Strong willingness to learn and grow in IAM and Cybersecurity topics.

Detail-oriented and reliable approach when handling sensitive information.
