About the role
We are looking for a ServiceNow ITSM Consultant with hands-on experience in the implementation, configuration and evolution of ServiceNow ITSM solutions. The selected professional will work closely with clients and technical teams to gather requirements, configure ITSM processes and support the development of tailored ServiceNow solutions aligned with business and IT service management needs.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse client requirements related to IT Service Management processes
- Translate business and operational needs into ServiceNow ITSM solutions
- Configure and maintain ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request and Knowledge Management
- Support the design and implementation of workflows, forms, fields, UI policies, notifications and approval flows
- Develop and customize ServiceNow components using Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, AJAX and related platform capabilities
- Support integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs or other integration mechanisms
- Work closely with business stakeholders, functional analysts and technical teams to validate requirements and proposed solutions
- Participate in testing, troubleshooting, deployment and post-go-live support activities
- Ensure ServiceNow configurations follow good practices regarding scalability, maintainability, security and platform governance
- Prepare and maintain functional and technical documentation
- Contribute to continuous improvement of ITSM processes and ServiceNow platform usage
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow implementation and configuration
- Strong experience with ITSM modules and processes
- Experience gathering client requirements and translating them into ServiceNow solutions
- Hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow development, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, AJAX, scripting and platform customization
- Experience with integrations between ServiceNow and external systems
- Good understanding of IT service management processes and enterprise IT environments
- Strong communication skills with business and technical stakeholders
- Autonomy, responsibility and proactive attitude
