Senior Manager Deployment, Support and Automation - AirOps
This role focuses on guiding teams that deliver seamless journeys and self-service solutions by translating strategy into actionable steps through projects and daily operations. You will provide leadership in application operations, automation, and team coordination, ensuring quality, reliability, and efficiency in service delivery. In addition, you will lead the design, management, and optimization of cloud infrastructure to enhance performance, reliability, and security.
Main Responsibilities
Guide and coordinate deployment, support, and automation activities, ensuring reliability and customer experience excellence.
Oversee full application lifecycle, ensuring compliance, performance, and operational resilience across servers, databases, networks, and applications.
Design and implement automation for deployment, change, and release processes to improve efficiency and reliability.
Collaborate with global teams, Security Operations Center (SOC), and stakeholders to ensure security standards, resolve incidents, and implement preventative measures.
Foster a people-centered, inclusive environment that promotes innovation, continuous improvement, and team engagement.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
Demonstrated leadership experience managing senior software deployment teams and supporting managers in a technology-driven environment.
Strong technical expertise in application operations, automation, and cloud infrastructure management.
Knowledge of change management, incident response, and release processes.
Skilled in driving collaboration and empowering teams to achieve shared objectives.
Ability to manage priorities effectively while maintaining a supportive, inclusive culture.
Proficiency in English, other languages are a plus
