Join our dynamic team as a Junior Cloud Document Administrator (f/m/d) and become an essential part of our project execution phase! Imagine supporting the documentation process for Siemens Energy while collaborating with key interface partners. You will compile and manage customer documentation according to a specified structure, ensuring seamless handling of power plant documents and efficient dispatching to our internal customers. Your role will be pivotal in driving our documentation efforts forward, all while working closely with specialist departments in Muelheim, Germany.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Support in preparing project-specific documents and ensure timely dispatch to internal customers.
- Provide consulting support to Sales and Engineering teams regarding product documentation within subprojects.
- Submit description proposals to relevant departments when deviations from standard scope arise.
- Collaborate with the technical editorial office in Germany to enhance documentation quality.
- Assist in order management and new apparatus processing throughout project execution.
- Manage daily PDF and content management tasks to maintain organized documentation.
What You Bring
- A university degree in Engineering or Technical Communication, or relevant experience in a related field.
- Experience with power plants or turbo machinery is a valuable plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office365 applications, with initial experience in data exploration and SAP capabilities.
- Strong team skills complemented by effective communication and interpersonal abilities, allowing you to thrive in a multicultural and cross-regional environment while also enjoying independent work.
- Advanced English proficiency; knowledge of German is a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with concepts like empowerment and self-driven agile teams.
- An organized work approach, with a willingness to ask questions and share your ideas.
