Role: Senior Observability Engineer
Location: Lisbon, Hybrid
Required Skills:
- Observability Engineer with 3+ years of experience designing and implementing monitoring and observability solutions in cloud environments

Proven experience with tools such as Dynatrace, Datadog, Grafana and/or PRTG to build dashboards, alerts, and performance monitoring systems

Solid understanding of cloud environments, particularly Microsoft Azure, and integration with CI/CD pipelines

Experience troubleshooting production issues and optimizing system performance through observability practices

Familiarity with DevOps principles, automation tools, and observability best practices

Experience creating documentation, standards, and promoting observability adoption across teams
-
Ability to analyze system behavior and provide actionable insights through metrics, logs, and traces

Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
