Now we are looking for an experienced product leader to join our team as a Chief Product Officer (CPO) to take the overall responsibility for product strategy and development of Joom Marketplace platform.
Responsibilities-
Develop and execute a clear and effective product strategy for Joom Marketplace

Ensure the product team (in close collaboration with engineering) delivers high-quality features or improvements helping the company hit its revenue growth targets

Create and manage the product roadmap, prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market trends, and strategic business goals

Conduct market research to identify opportunities for innovation and growth

Manage, develop and hire a world-class team of product managers and UX/UI experts
Requirements
-
At least three years experience as a Chief Product Officer or in a senior product leadership role within the B2C services

Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking capabilities

Effective communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work with product metrics and make data-driven decisions

Self-discipline and ability to independently plan, set, and prioritize tasks

Proficiency in English (B2 and higher)
