About the Role:
We are currently looking for customer-focused and solution-driven professionals to join an international team supporting a leading project in the healthcare sector, specifically within diabetes medical devices. As a Customer Service Representative, you will act as the first point of contact for customers, providing support, guidance, and solutions while ensuring a high-quality customer experience. Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat channels

Assist customers with inquiries related to diabetes medical devices, including basic troubleshooting

Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner

Accurately document interactions and update internal systems

Follow up on ongoing cases to ensure full resolution

Maintain a customer-first mindset, ensuring empathy and clarity in all communications

Collaborate with internal teams when necessary to resolve more complex cases
Profile & Requirements:

Fluent in Dutch (C2)

Strong command of English (minimum C1)

Previous experience in customer service is a plus (not mandatory)

Excellent communication and active listening skills

Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks

Comfortable using digital tools and platforms

Availability for rotating shifts in a 24/7 environment

Willingness to occasionally work night shifts
