The Strategic Project Manager will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for leading, planning, executing, and delivering strategic projects that are fundamental to the organization's success. This role requires close collaboration with multiple departments, as well as interaction with external consultants and key stakeholders whenever necessary.
ROLE:
Identify, assess, and resolve critical business challenges across different departments.
Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
Collaborate closely with department heads and the C-suite to align business activities with strategic objectives.
Generate data-driven recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently.
Contribute to the company's long-term strategic planning and business direction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is highly desirable.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role or in consultancy, project management, or business strategy.
Strong strategic and analytical thinking with the ability to solve complex business problems.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Leadership skills with the ability to work independently and across multiple functions.
