Mission: As a Human Resources Trainee, you will support the Human Resources Department across key people-related processes, gaining practical experience in recruitment, onboarding, training and employee engagement.
What will you do?
Support the onboarding and integration of new employees.
Assist in the coordination and follow-up of training activities.
Participate in recruitment and selection processes, including job posting, CV screening and interview scheduling.
Collaborate in Employer Branding and employee engagement initiatives.
Support HR projects related to talent development and internal communication.
Maintain and update HR information through internal systems and tools.
Participate in HR meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Management, Sociology or a related field.
Fluent Portuguese and English (mandatory).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Organised, proactive and detail-oriented profile.
Interest in Recruitment, Learning & Development and Employer Branding.
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365; HR systems knowledge is a plus.
Previous professional experience is not required; internships, academic projects or extracurricular activities in HR will be considered a plus.
