Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via email and chat with efficiency and accuracy.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to resolve issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
- Maintain adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and performance reviews to continuously improve service quality.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Dutch language (must be at least C2)
- Communicative level of English language (at least B2)
- You live in Porto or you are ready to relocate
- Nice to have previous Customer Support experience
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
