We are seeking an experienced insurance customer service representative to join one of the world's largest insurance companies. In this role, you will handle customer queries over phone and email, providing detailed information about our products.
Key responsibilities include answering questions about coverage, assisting with policy cancellations, and helping insurance brokers direct their inquiries. Success in this role requires a friendly and professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. You will manage both inbound and outbound calls, as well as emails.
Monday to Friday (including bank holidays):
07:30 AM to 08:00 PM (Rotational shifts- 8h/day)
Days Off: Weekends
Requirements:
Speak Dutch or French fluently;
English B2
Ability to work independently and/or in a team;
Problem solving-skills;
Good communications skills (both verbal and written);
Positive attitude;
Ambitious.
Note: Portuguese Residence card, or EU passport is required for NON-EU candidates.
