Your Role:
As a Waiter/Waitress, you’ll be the face of our hospitality. Your main goal is to make every guest feel welcome, cared for, and eager to return.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting and seating guests with a warm, friendly attitude
- Taking food and drink orders accurately
- Serving dishes and beverages with care and efficiency
- Answering questions about the menu and daily specials
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Communicating clearly with each member of a team
- Ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience
- Handling payments and operating the POS system
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in hospitality is required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive energy and a team-player attitude
- Attention to detail and a sense of responsibility
- Good level of Portuguese and English (other languages are a bonus)
- Availability to work [weekends / events / specific shifts]
