Skills, knowledge, experience required:
- At least 3–5 years of experience in IT project management, IT service delivery, or system integration;
- Demonstrated knowledge of budget planning, financial tracking, and SLA processes;
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, IT Management, or a related discipline.
Desirable:
- Experience working within NATO, military, or other large international organizations;
- Knowledge of NATO CIS structures, NCIA service delivery, and enterprise IT transformation programs (NDW, NPCL/PBN, FMN, AFN/AFS);
- PRINCE2 Practitioner, ITIL Intermediate, or PMP certification.
Duties/role:
- Providing project support across the IT portfolio, including requirements collection, scheduling, progress tracking, and risk documentation;
- Supporting cost analysis, financial tracking, and reporting to ensure alignment with approved funding lines and NATO financial regulations;
- Assisting with budget preparation and execution for IT projects, including forecasts, monitoring expenditure, and preparing financial reports.
