We are looking for an Agile Coach
CONTEXT
In this role, you will support Agile transformation initiatives by coaching teams, facilitating Agile adoption, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Acting as a facilitator, mentor, trainer, and change agent, you will work closely with Agile teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and stakeholders to strengthen Agile practices and improve team performance.

MAIN MISSION
To support and accelerate Agile maturity across teams by coaching individuals and Agile teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies and workshops, promoting Agile values and best practices, and helping organizations improve collaboration, delivery, and continuous improvement.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coach Agile teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and other stakeholders on Agile values, principles, and best practices
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, workshops, retrospectives, and other collaborative events
- Promote Agile methodologies and support their adoption across teams and projects
- Mentor individuals and teams, helping them improve collaboration, autonomy, and delivery performance
- Act as a change agent, fostering an Agile mindset and supporting organizational transformation
- Provide training and guidance on Agile frameworks, tools, and ways of working
- Help teams identify challenges, remove impediments, and continuously improve their processes
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between technical and business stakeholders
- Support the implementation of Agile practices across different organizational contexts
- Contribute to building a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence
PROFILE & SKILLS
- 6 to 9 years of professional experience
- Strong experience working as an Agile Coach and/or Scrum Master
- Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies, principles, and frameworks
- Experience coaching Agile teams and mentoring Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and other stakeholders
- Strong facilitation, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to drive organizational change and promote Agile culture
- Autonomous, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working in international and cross-functional environments
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- French is considered a plus
