ROLE:
Provide fast and efficient responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Proactively resolve issues and complaints, always aiming for satisfactory solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customers receive accurate and up-to-date information.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Fluency in French (This is a must and disqualifying factor) and Portuguese
Experience in customer service, support, or related areas (CRM).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
