IT Cloud Infrastructure Administrator
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for an IT Cloud Infrastructure Administrator responsible for ensuring stability, security, and continuous improvement of production and infrastructure environments within a large-scale international banking ecosystem. You will play a key role in supporting cloud-native platforms, driving automation initiatives, implementing operational best practices, and enabling reliable application delivery through Agile and DevOps methodologies.
What You Will Do on a Daily Basis
Participating in the definition of the technical solution.
Promoting solutions based on existing products and services, by nature integrating production and security requirements (resilience, monitoring, etc.) in order to reduce implementation time.
Assembling production and infrastructure products and services for the benefit of applications, by advising on the adoption of technologies in line with application needs.
Anticipating issues of compliance with the rules and standards of architecture, security, delivery times and scaling of the solutions proposed.
Integrating production and infrastructure requirements.
Ensuring that the infrastructure and operating requirements are added to the Product Backlog, as well as any technical user story deemed necessary (industrialisation, obsolescence management, etc.).
Supporting development teams to secure and speed up project delivery.
Implementing technical user stories, independently or by coordinating the right players.
Ensuring the upskilling of the team on application production best practices.
Raising awareness and spread best application production practices within the project team.
Training and supporting team members in taking ownership of the tools provided in the Agile framework.
Ensuring the provision of Production and infrastructure resources by facilitating the deployment of solutions.
Providing the team with the right expertise / production service.
Service monitoring.
Technical environments (Production and non-Production).
Facilitating solution deployment.
Checking the usability of the technical environments (backup/restore, data access, performance, etc.).
Conducting or checking team security reviews.
Checking the traceability of access to machines (OS, storage space, routers, etc.) and correcting if necessary.
Identifying operational blocking points (flows, security, network, etc.) then alert and propose action plans.
Maintenance in operational condition.
Contributing to the definition of service levels and production indicators.
Implementing the monitoring and supervision of the Solution deployed in production.
Ensuring that up-to-date and validated installation and operating documentation is available.
Ensuring that a backup switchover plan (ICP) exists and is tested.
Providing support in case of blockage or incident on release versions.
Contributing to the continuous improvement of production in collaboration with Applications Production Support.
Escalating proposals to improve application production services as part of a continuous improvement process.
Identifying best practices and sharing them within your entity and within the group.
Solving incidents within SLA.

Your Key Skills
Your Main Qualifications
Experience in IT Infrastructure and Production Operations environments.
Knowledge of Production Operation Steering and operational service management.
Understanding of IT Risk Management and Cybersecurity principles.
Hands-on experience with Linux and Windows systems administration.
Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and Helm.
Experience with DevOps practices and Agile methodologies.
Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Dynatrace, and Elastic Stack.
Experience working with DevOps toolchains, including GitLab, Jenkins, Artifactory, SonarQube, Ansible, and related technologies.
Ability to support deployments, automate processes, and manage technical environments.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in multicultural teams and drive operational improvements.
Fluency in English and French.
