ROLE:
Provide customer support and offer solutions via email and telephone;
Manage order-related issues, incidents, and service requests;
Contribute to various initiatives depending on business needs and individual strengths.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Fluency in two languages: Portuguese and Spanish or English (mandatory);
Excellent communication skills and ability to grasp new concepts quickly;
Experience in customer service or support functions (preferred);
Good computer knowledge, with a proactive attitude and leadership-oriented mindset.
