Main responsibilities and tasks:
The work can be very diversified and include many different topics that can change according to current and evolving needs.
1. Request budgets, proposals and find suppliers for different products and services either current suppliers or to find new contacts. Request for budgets, benchmark and try to obtain the best quotes and service level for Atlantrees.
2. Contact suppliers, request budgets, place orders and ensure processes until delivery develops on time and as requested.
3. Logistics coordination - import and export processes. Collaborate with documentation and logistic process. Coordination of transport, trucks, deliveries, and shipments within and outside Atlantrees.
4. Knowledge of basic accounting issues (invoicing, stock, etc).
5. General Administrative tasks – help with filling and submitting forms, printing, sending, preparing for signature and other tasks, arrange travel reservations.
6. Coordinate with different colleagues in Atlantrees, arrange and get things done.

9. Fluent English – you must be comfortable to speak and write in English.
10. Work with computer – you need to have experience for working with computer and be comfortable with Microsoft Office applications, emails, internet, and good adaption and approach to IT systems. ERPs previous experience will be a plus.
1. Part time job with the possibility to evolve into a full-time job. Working hours are flexible, Monday to Friday, respecting the minimum number of hours by law.
2. Hybrid job - you can work remotely partially.
3. Wage package amounts to 1.200 € / month (gross) plus meal subsidy.
4. Own schedule and independence - focus is on finishing the tasks with quality in a timely and efficient way.
5. Growth opportunities – there is the possibility to grow and increase responsibilities according to personal performance and company growth.
6. Office presence-availability to come to office (Montargil) at least 2/3 times a week.
7. Geography perimeter - candidate should live within 1 hour car distance from our operations (Montargil / Couço) namely in Evora/Santarem/Coruche/Ponte de Sor.
8. Transport - you need to have a car and independent transportation to travel to other locations for meetings with suppliers / work-related issues.
