Workster is partnering with a global technology company to recruit Italian-speaking Technical Support Specialists for a new project based in Italy.
In this role, you will provide professional technical assistance and customer support to users of cutting-edge camera drones. You will guide customers through troubleshooting, product usage, and problem resolution while ensuring an excellent overall experience. Your Role:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues with camera drones.
- Assist customers with setup, functionality, and maintenance guidance.
- Educate users on features, firmware updates, and common usage issues.
- Log and manage cases accurately in internal systems.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate complex technical problems.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and professional communication.
Your Qualifications:
- Native or fluent Italian (C1 level).
- Basic knowledge of English for internal communication.
- Previous experience in technical support, IT, or electronics is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, international environment.
- Interest or experience in drones, consumer electronics, or related technology is a plus.
