Your Responsibilities
Provide customer support to German-speaking merchants via phone, email, chat, and social media.
Assist customers with questions regarding products, services, and payment solutions.
Deliver outstanding customer experiences and build strong relationships with merchants.
Contribute to process improvements that increase customer satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with departments such as Sales and Marketing to ensure seamless customer support.
Requirements
German proficiency at C2 level.
English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Previous Customer Service or Contact Centre experience is an advantage.
Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, computers, and digital applications.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Customer-focused, patient, and professional attitude.
Ability to remain calm and organized in fast-paced environments.
Curiosity and persistence when investigating and resolving customer issues.
Working Schedule
Rotating shifts between 08:00 and 19:00, Monday to Sunday.
Possibility of occasional shift extensions until 21:00 according to business needs.
Two rotating days off per week.
What We Offer
Base Salary: €1,283 gross/month (paid 12 times per year)
Language Skill Bonus: €100 gross/month (paid 12 times per year)
Meal Allowance: €7.63 per working day, paid on a meal card
Health Insurance available upon monthly employee contribution
Total Monthly Gross Package: €1,383
