Front of House / All-Rounder – Gourmet Sandwich Concept (Lisbon)
We are a fast-growing gourmet sandwich concept in Lisbon, focused on high-quality ingredients, in-house production, and creative, chef-driven recipes. Everything we serve is made from scratch, with a strong emphasis on flavour, efficiency, and consistency.
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Front of House / All-Rounder to join our team and help manage daily operations upstairs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable balancing front-of-house responsibilities with light kitchen support when needed.
Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
Handle payments and operate POS / TPA systems efficiently
Take orders and communicate clearly with the kitchen team
Wrap and prepare sandwiches during busy service periods
Support light food preparation and assist kitchen operations when required
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area
Help manage daily floor operations and workflow
Assist with stock organization and restocking throughout service
Work closely with the team to ensure smooth and efficient service
Take initiative and contribute to improving day-to-day operations
What We’re Looking For
Experience in hospitality, customer service, or restaurant operations
Comfortable using POS systems and handling payments
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Hands-on attitude and willingness to support different areas of the business
Basic kitchen or food preparation skills are a plus
Positive energy and team-oriented mindset
