Finance Manager SSC (f/m/d)
Responsibilities

Be responsible for maintaining the books for various legal entities across multiple countries in accordance with IFRS and local GAAP

Produce a full suite of reconciled financial performance statements, accompanied by supporting schedules and analyses, for each operating legal entity within the scope of the team in accordance with the timetables set by each reporting entity

Participate in senior management meetings by presenting financial results and providing insightful commentary tailored to the audience and meeting environment

Ensure that all up-to-date accounting standards are adopted and applied to financial statements

Regularly review financial statement outputs to ensure they meet stakeholder needs, recommending and implementing improvements where appropriate

Provide ad-hoc financial reporting and accounting support as required

Support process optimization, standardization and continuous improvement initiatives within the SSC environment
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or General Business or Associates degree with minimum 8+ years of experience
-
Minimum 5+ years of accounting and financial reporting experience in an international business environment

Strong practical knowledge of IFRS and experience with multi-country reporting
-
Minimum 3–5 years of leadership experience, ideally as a Manager or Team Leader, within SSC or BPO environments, with solid hands-on experience in people management and operational team leadership

Successfully supported and driven several Accounting migration projects in the area of SSC or BPO

Strong communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills

Very good English skills, both written and spoken
