Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organized professional to join our team as a Document Control & Process Monitoring Technician. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of operational documentation, maintaining plant inventory records, supporting process monitoring activities, and coordinating with production and quality teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, capable of working independently, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and verify daily operational documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
- Support Quality Assurance activities by ensuring documentation follows internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate plant inventory records and perform routine inventory verification.
- Perform routine process monitoring activities and accurately record operational data in accordance with internal procedures and compliance requirements.
- Follow up on documentation discrepancies and support corrective actions when required.
- Coordinate with production and operational teams to ensure tasks are completed according to established procedures.
- Support data collection, record management, and process monitoring activities.
- Assist in maintaining traceability and compliance throughout production operations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to documentation and process control.
Qualifications
- Technical degree, diploma, or university studies in Biotechnology, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Agriculture, Life Sciences, Chemistry, or a related scientific field.
- Previous experience in document control, quality systems, laboratory work, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, agricultural, or regulated environments is an advantage.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to remain effective under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital record management systems.
