What can you expect?
Work on Microsoft 365 governance initiatives, contributing to:
- Reviewing and optimizing existing SharePoint site structures, naming conventions, and information architecture
- Implementing governance for Microsoft Teams environments — setting up lifecycle management, provisioning policies, and channel standards on top of what’s already in use
- Auditing and refining permissions, access rights, and ownership across SharePoint and Teams to align with best practices
- Support in the development and documentation of governance frameworks and policies
- Monitoring and enforcing compliance with internal IT guidelines and Microsoft 365 best practices, focusing on tidying up and maintaining a clean, well-governed environment
Participate in:
- Audits and reviews of SharePoint sites and Teams workspaces
- Coordination with business units to align governance rules with day-to-day needs
- Preparation of training materials and guidance for end users
- Reporting on platform usage, access anomalies, and governance KPIs
- Continuous improvement of digital workplace standards within an international IT environment
