Location: Lisbon (On-site)
Start Date: June 15th
Contract: 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract Renewable
Schedule: Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 and 21:00 (including holidays)
Your Responsibilities
As a Customer Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering a high-quality support experience. Your tasks will include:
Managing flight reservations, changes, and cancellations
Providing support via inbound and outbound calls and email
Assisting customers with Flight Club, VIP, and PRM (Passengers with Reduced Mobility) services
Handling claims and complaints related to delays, strikes, and cancellations
Providing accurate information and effective solutions
Performing both customer support and back-office tasks in a blended environment
What We're Looking For
✔ Native or Fluent Spanish (C1 level)
✔ English proficiency (B2 level or higher)
✔ Minimum 6 months of customer service experience, ideally within tourism, travel assistance, airlines, or baggage services
✔ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
✔ Empathetic and customer-focused approach
✔ Availability to complete and successfully pass the mandatory training
Experience with Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre (GDS systems) will be considered a plus.
Salary & Benefits
Base Salary: €920 x14 months (€1,073 x12 months)
Complexity Bonus: €25/month (paid 11 months)
Meal Allowance: €7.23 net/day (meal card)
