Your working day:
- Support customers with online orders and delivery-related requests
- Manage returns, refunds, and payment inquiries
- Communicate with couriers, financial partners, and internal teams
- Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism
- Investigate and resolve customer concerns efficiently
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments when required
- Contribute positively to team performance and overall customer satisfaction
What you need to know to have a chance of getting this job:
- Fluent in Dutch with good level in English
- Customer Service experience
- Great communication
- Valid Work Permit in Portugal
You will benefit:
