Main Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare and deliver initial and ongoing training sessions for contact center agents.
- Develop, adapt and update training materials, including presentations, manuals, scripts and practical exercises.
- Train agents on customer support processes related to online shopping queries, order support, product information, and customer assistance via chat, email and phone.
- Assess trainees’ performance and ensure they are ready to start operations.
- Provide structured and constructive feedback to agents and supervisors.
- Monitor quality results and KPIs, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
