Experience & Technical Skills
Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations.
Good understanding of GDP/GMP requirements within a regulated environment.
Experience managing transportation providers, carriers, or logistics partners.
Strong analytical skills with experience using KPIs to drive operational performance and improvements.
Experience with reporting, root-cause analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
Fluent English, written and spoken.

Experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other regulated industries.
Experience with cold chain transportation and temperature-controlled logistics.
Experience working in a regional or global organization with remote stakeholders.
Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 10%).
