The Junior Strategic Project Manager will report to Senior Strategic Project Managers or C-Level executives and will be responsible for contributing to the development and delivery of strategic projects that are essential to the organization. This position will involve working with multiple internal departments and may include collaboration with external consultants and relevant stakeholders.
ROLE:
Work alongside department heads and the C-suite to connect organizational initiatives with the company’s strategic priorities;
Generate insights based on data to support the development of business strategies;
Analyse and address critical issues across different areas of the organization;
Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and resources in an effective manner.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellent academic record in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related area;
Strong strategic and analytical thinking, with the ability to solve complex problems;
Leadership capabilities, high level of accountability, and ability to work independently;
Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
