We are a fast-growing ticket brokerage looking for a sharp, detail-oriented operator in Lisbon to help manage our live event ticket inventory across major marketplaces.
This role is part operations, part pricing, and part data analysis. You will help make sure orders are fulfilled correctly, inventory is priced competitively, and new buying opportunities are identified from market data. There is opportunity to earn far more than the stated weekly pay via commission.
Responsibilities
- Manage ticket fulfillment issues across marketplaces such as StubHub, AXS, Ticketmaster, and other platforms
- Monitor inventory and make pricing updates using pricing software and marketplace data
- Analyze sales trends, event demand, pricing movement, and inventory gaps
- Identify profitable buying opportunities for concerts, sports, theater, and major live events
- Track order problems, delivery issues, cancellations, and replacement options
- Communicate clearly with internal team members to resolve urgent marketplace issues
- Build reports and help improve operational systems over time
Ideal Candidate
- Extremely detail-oriented and reliable
- Strong with spreadsheets, data, and basic analysis
- Comfortable working with software tools and learning new platforms quickly
- Good judgment under pressure
- Interested in live events, sports, concerts, or marketplaces
- Able to spot patterns and think commercially
- Fluent in English
- Previous experience in ticketing, e-commerce, marketplaces, revenue management, trading, or operations is a plus
Nice to Have
- Experience with pricing, arbitrage, inventory management, or marketplace businesses
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Knowledge of U.S. sports, concerts, or entertainment markets
