We are seeking a Data Analytics Engineer to join our fast-growing team.
Project Overview:
- You will report to a central Data Team, working on ELT pipelines, data management, and BI maintenance solutions.
- Your role will involve the maintenance and development of BI reporting tools.
- You will work closely with business teams, to support data-driven initiatives.
- You will be expected to adapt quickly, take ownership, and demonstrate resilience (entrepreneurial mindset).

Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with business users and the product development teams.
- Drive insights to answer business questions through data and visualizations, turning data into actionable insights.
- Develop dashboards and reports to enhance understanding of key metrics.
- Work with other Data Analysts to enhance existing ETL pipelines and other BI solutions.
- Peer review query scripts, identifying potential issues and sharing insights
Technical Requirements:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience (mandatory).
- BS/MS degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or a similar analytical field.
- Proficient in SQL Server, SQL/T-SQL (mandatory).
- Experience with SQL query optimization. Familiarity with programming languages such as Python (an advantage).
- Experience with data warehousing and ETL workflows (an advantage).
- Skills in SSIS, SSAS (an advantage).
- Knowledge of Cloud Data Warehouses (Azure SQL Database).
- Knowledge of data orchestration cloud tools and containerization.
- Experience with Power Platform (an advantage).
- Experience with Power BI (mandatory).
Other Requirements:
- A good level of English (B2 or higher, mandatory)
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools, such as Scrum/Kanban
- A passion for improvement, helping others, and turning ideas into reality
