As Marketing Assistant, you will support the Business Development and Marketing teams in managing affiliate relationships, executing partnership campaigns, and assisting with day-to-day operational marketing tasks. You'll be the operational backbone that keeps our affiliate network and partner communications running smoothly.
Affiliate Program Management

Manage the day-to-day operations of the Winalist affiliate program

Onboard new affiliates: account setup, tracking links, promotional materials

Maintain affiliate database and ensure accurate commission tracking

Respond to affiliate inquiries and provide first-line support

Monitor affiliate performance and flag top performers or underperformers

Prepare monthly affiliate payouts and reconciliation reports
Partnership Communications

Draft and send multilingual partner communications (newsletters, product updates, campaign briefs)

Coordinate co-marketing initiatives with content sites, travel blogs, and media partners

Maintain partner CRM records and segmentation lists

Schedule and track outreach campaigns
Marketing Operations Support

Assist in producing marketing assets (banners, landing pages, promotional copy)

Support SEO and content production workflows (briefs, publishing, QA)

Help coordinate seasonal campaigns and promotional pushes

Update partner-facing collateral (decks, one-pagers, media kits)
Reporting & Analysis

Track affiliate and partnership KPIs (clicks, conversions, GMV, commission costs)

Build weekly and monthly performance dashboards

Identify trends and surface optimization opportunities

Support the BD team with prospect research and competitive intelligence

1+ year experience in business development, account management, or sales

Strong relationship-building skills

Fluent in Portuguese and English
