We are looking for a highly skilled Python Technical Lead to drive the development, modernization, and optimization of enterprise data pipelines and AI-powered solutions.
In this role, you will lead technical initiatives involving Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), cloud data platforms, and modern software engineering practices. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to improve legacy applications, develop scalable APIs, optimize cloud-based data architectures, and ensure high standards of code quality, automation, and platform reliability.

Technical Skills

Minimum 5 years of experience in Python Software Engineering or Data Engineering.

Strong expertise in Python.

Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and OpenAI APIs.

Experience with LangChain and LangGraph.

Strong knowledge of PySpark.

Experience with Databricks.

Solid experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and SQL.

Experience developing and maintaining REST APIs.

Knowledge of cloud platforms and modern data architectures.

Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Version control using GitHub, including branch management, pull requests, and release workflows.
